Studio 305 in Dolce Beach Residence: the beach at the foot of the door
Studio 305 is located on the third level of Dolce Beach Residence, a waterfront building directly on the sand of Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Saint Martin. We get out of the lobby, a few meters is enough and we already have our feet in the water. For a couple coming to the Caribbean to swim, read and watch the sea change color, difficult to be better placed.
An open and simple space for two
The studio forms a single bright room, with a king size bed, a seating area and a kitchenette. It is thought of for an easy life rather than for the big kitchen: fresh fruit in the morning, a salad at lunchtime, and in the evening one of the many restaurants or beach bars of the bay, all accessible on foot.
The balcony, your favorite room
On the third level, we're close enough to hear the waves and high enough to see the whole bay. Breakfast, a nap in the shade, a drink at sunset: most of the day is here.
Life in Dolce Beach Residence
The residence has a common swimming pool located directly on the beach, to pass from salt water to fresh water when you want. A common gym, with an indoor room and an outdoor area facing the sea, completes the whole, as does the lobby where the team takes care of your arrival and requests during the stay.

Our concierge can arrange your taxi transfer from the airport, a rental car, a boat trip or a reservation at the restaurant. Just ask us before you arrive or on the spot.
Simpson Bay around you
Simpson Bay is one of the most vibrant areas on the island: marinas, restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets meet on foot. Princess Juliana International Airport is a 10-minute drive away, Maho Beach and its famous eight-minute landings, and the beaches of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy a little further along the coast. Marigot, on the French side, and Philipsburg are easy to reach for a day of discovery.
