Three floors above the beach, 301 is a three bedroom apartment in Dolce Beach Residence designed for a group. The residence is feet in the water, built on the sand of Simpson Bay; The afternoon program is on its own: lunch, swimming, nap, and we'll start over. Here, nobody pulls the short straw. All three bedrooms have a king size bed and the apartment has three bathrooms: couples or friends are equally distributed, and independent guest toilets relieve peak hours. The large living room serves as the headquarters to decide the next day, and the fully equipped kitchen awaits anyone who likes to cook for the band.
Afternoon outside
The balcony enjoys the afternoon light and a regular breeze from the sea. From the third level, you can hail those who still hang out on the beach, follow the sailboats that cross the bay and choose, without rushing, where to dine at night.
Beach, swimming pool and training
The common swimming pool directly overlooks the beach, perfect for floating a moment between two swimming at sea. The common gym combines an indoor room and an outdoor area with a view of the water, for those who do not want to let go of their habits. At the lobby, the team manages the arrival and remains reachable as soon as the group needs something.
Projects without a lead
The concierge can organize all week: taxi from the airport, rental car to travel the island, day by boat with snorkeling or diving stops, and dinner reservations for six.
Get out and move
Simpson Bay comes alive at night: beach bars, restaurants and marinas are within walking distance, as are supermarkets to fill the fridge. Take about ten minutes by car to the airport. Maho Beach is nearby, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy lend themselves to easy beach days, and Philipsburg or Marigot are worth the trip. Sailing and diving lessons are easy to find in the surroundings.
