401 : when dinner becomes the highlight of the day
On the fourth level of Dolce Beach Residence, 401 is a large three bedroom apartment. This waterfront residence rests on the sand of Simpson Bay; From this intermediate floor the sea spreads widely while keeping the beach at hand. Perfect for two families travelling together, or for parents and their big children who like to share meals and get their privacy back in the evening.
Three bedrooms and a real home heart
Each room has its king size bed, the apartment has three bathrooms, and guest toilets overlook the living room. The heart of the accommodation is the large living room and its fully equipped kitchen: one brings fish from the market, the other prepares the salad, and the table fills without anyone having to tighten.
Dinner facing the bay
When the heat falls, the aperitif is served on the balcony. The fourth level offers a beautiful magnitude on the water, and there is a real pleasure to see the lights of the marinas light up while the conversation continues long after dessert.
Days at the residence
The day takes place on the beach and around the communal swimming pool, located on the sand: the parents read in the shade while the children swim. The common gym consists of a covered room and an outdoor area by the sea, for a session before breakfast. At the reception, the lobby team will take care of your arrival and every request along the way.
Requests to the concierge
Tell us what the group needs and we organize it: taxi reception at the airport, car to explore, boat ride to discover the reefs in the mask and tuba, or reservation for a special evening at the restaurant.
Simpson Bay on foot
In the neighborhood, everything is close: supermarkets, marinas, beach bars and a wide selection of restaurants. Plan a ten-minute drive to Princess Juliana Airport, while Maho Beach is right next door, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are pretty alternatives, and a day in Marigot or Philipsburg is a pleasant change of pace.
Arrival and stay
Arrival is possible from 4 p.m., departure must be before 11 a.m. Linen and Wi-Fi are provided for the entire tribe.
