Studio 705: Dolce Beach Residence's highest point
Studio 705 is located on the seventh and final level of Dolce Beach Residence, with its foot-in-water location on the sand of Simpson Bay. No one above, the bay below and an impression of rare space on this side of the island. We take advantage of the height, and yet the beach is only a lift ride and a few steps away.
A quiet refuge for two
The studio is an open space with a king size bed, a small living room and a kitchenette. Ideal for haste-free mornings and simple meals, the rest go to the restaurants and beach bars that border the bay.
The view from above
From the balcony, we follow the day that takes place: the first swimmers, the boats that come out, the planes that slide towards the airport, then the long sunset on the water. On the evenings of good weather, the horizon seems never to end.
At the beach level
When it's time to swim, the communal pool awaits directly on the beach, with the sea just behind. The common gym, covered on one side and open to the water on the other, welcomes those who like to start the day with a training. The lobby team welcomes you and stays there for everything you need.
Let the concierge go
Taxi on arrival at the airport, rental car, snorkeling exit or dinner reservation: the concierge can arrange everything in advance or on site.
Simpson Bay and Beyond
Beach bars, restaurants, marinas and supermarkets are within walking distance. It takes about ten minutes to reach Princess Juliana Airport, Maho Beach is nearby, and Mullet Bay or Cupecoy are perfect for changing scenery. Marigot and Philipsburg are easy to access for a shopping or discovery day.
