The apartment 303 or the art of doing almost nothing
At noon, Simpson Bay is bright and warm, and 303 is the place to retire to enjoy it gently. Three floors above the sand, this one-bedroom apartment is part of Dolce Beach Residence, a building whose ground floor literally has its feet in Simpson Bay water; It's just high enough to catch the breeze and still close enough to hear the waves.
After lunch, the balcony
At the beginning of the afternoon, the balcony is necessary: a book, a fresh drink, the sea that sparkles down below and, from time to time, a sailboat that crosses the bay. On the third level, the view is unobstructed without looking far away.
A fresh room, a real kitchen
At nap time, the room, separated and equipped with a king size bed, is quiet enough to sleep for real. Lunch can be simple or more elaborate, the kitchen being fully equipped with an oven. The apartment has a full bathroom and a separate guest toilet, which is provided for two people.
Around 16:00, swimming
When the sun declines, you descend to the common swimming pool, extended on the beach, or you walk a few meters further to the sea. The most active train at the common gym, in the cool or out in the wind. At the lobby, the Dolce Beach Residence team meets every request, big or small.
Let us organize
Our concierge takes care of a taxi transfer from the airport, a rental car, a snorkeling exit or a day by boat, and you find a good table for the evening.
Simpson Bay at dawn
When the heat falls, the neighborhood comes alive. You can walk to marinas, supermarkets, many restaurants and beach bars. By car, the airport is only ten minutes away, and Maho Beach, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are all close by. Philipsburg and Marigot make good trips when the urge to move comes back.
Before you leave
The apartment is yours from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Bedding, towels and Wi-Fi are provided.
