The evenings of 601, well above Simpson Bay
Apartment 601 is one of those where the whole family ends up on the balcony at the end of the day. Six floors separate it from the sand of Simpson Bay, in the heart of Dolce Beach Residence, a residence built with feet in the water: high enough for the horizon to appear endless, yet only minutes from the first swim.
Golden hour, every day
When the heat falls, the balcony sea view becomes the living room. Someone pulls out the glasses, another a cup of fruit, and each watch the bay slowly change color while the boats return to the lagoon. From here, the entire curve of the shore is discovered.
Made to meet
Four travellers are divided into two separate bedrooms, one king size bed in each, two bathrooms, and even a guest toilet. The formula is suitable for adult children taking their parents, or grandparents accompanied by two grandchildren. The fully equipped kitchen is suitable for family dinners: market fish, rice, salad, then long discussions around the table.
Days at the residence
Before the evening ritual, there's the beach. Just below, the common swimming pool rests on the sand: a peaceful option for those who prefer to swim without waves. The common gym is divided between the inside and a training area outside, and the lobby team is available as soon as you need a hand.
A boost for your projects
On request, the concierge organises a taxi upon arrival at the airport, a rental car, a day at sea punctuated with snorkeling breaks, or reservations for the evenings you prefer to go out.
Sector
From the residence you can walk to marinas, beach bars, restaurants and the supermarket. The airport is about ten minutes by car, Maho Beach just further away. Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are nice for a quieter swim, and Marigot or Philipsburg make a nice day for the whole family.
Arrival and departure
The apartment is ready from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be released by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Sheets, towels and Wi-Fi code will be there for you.
