Apartment 307 : dinner on the balcony, the bay in background
The 307 will please those who like the table as much as the beach. This third-floor one-bedroom apartment belongs to Dolce Beach Residence: feet in the water, its swimming pool overflows almost on the sand of Simpson Bay. It offers a kitchen that makes you want to cook and a balcony that turns every meal into a separate moment.
A kitchen worth a visit
Fully equipped, oven included, it allows to roast a whole fish, to make a dish gratin or simply to succeed a good omelette. Fresh fish at the port, green lemons and mangoes at the supermarket, and the rest follows. The living room overlooks the balcony, the bedroom and its king size bed stay away. A bathroom, guest toilet, and space for two travellers.
A table with view
On the third level, the look goes straight on the water. The table is erected outside when the light drops, the waves are eaten, and the lights of the marinas light one by one around the bay.
Between two meals
An appetite is added to the common gym, which combines an indoor area with an outdoor training area, and then refreshes in the common swimming pool on the beach. The Dolce Beach Residence lobby team welcomes you and helps you during the stay.
The address book of the concierge
In the evenings without stoves, the concierge store reserves your table. It also organizes taxis from the airport, car rental and boat trips, including snorkeling.
Dinner at Simpson Bay
The area offers a wide range of restaurants and beach bars, all on foot, as well as supermarkets and marinas. The airport is about ten minutes away by car. Maho Beach is nearby, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy make nice picnic corners, and Marigot, on the French side, as Philipsburg discover easily.

The stay starts at 4 pm and ends at 11 am. Each reservation includes sheets and towels, and Wi-Fi is free.
