I'm looking for a roommate in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Simpson Bay. Amazing location with it being just seconds from the beach. Apartment is semi-furnished (queen bed, dresser, couch, dining table, kitchen utensils, etc).
Each person pays 2 month deposit ($1600), $800 for rent which includes wifi and water. Room is available starting in the next week or two.
