Beacon Hill - Shared apartment

Looking for a flatmate, preferably age mid 20s, to share an apartment with. It is composed of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one for each, a luminous living room and a large terrace.
Location: Beacon Hill, very close from Maho Beach.
Fully equipped: washing machine, furniture and dinnerware.
Water, electricity and internet are already included in the rent.
Note: A small cat will be living with us, so preferably no other animals wanted.
