Villa paradise has 200 m from the beach of the East bay

Villa paradise is a large and nice house, ideally located 200 m from the beach of Orient Bay and 5 minutes walk to the square of the Village with its shops and restaurants.
This is the villa No. 3 of the Magellan residence that doesn't count only 4 villas. The design and layout of the villas allow to keep a maximum of privacy.
Upstairs, the House has 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a King Size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds. There is an additional bathroom and a toilet also upstairs.
To the ground floor, there is a very large living room with a corner living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar area and a toilet.
The House has an individual pool surrounded by a deck with a Pool House and a small tropical garden which harmoniously complete the set.
No problem to park your car because there is a private car park and parking in front of the residence of Magellan.

In short no large luxury type to the eye but all the comforts for a pleasant stay in St Martin.

-1 dec 2017 to 22 dec 2017: 1500 EUR per week
-23 dec 2017 to the 6 jan 2018: 2200 EUR per week
-jan 7, 2018 at the 30 Apr 2018: 1800 EUR per week

A participation of 100 EUR in cash be required upon delivery of the keys for the water & electricity charges, the provision of linen and full cleaning at end of stay.

A deposit of EUR 500 is required upon delivery of the keys (cash or check).
