looking for House with small garden farm

Hello we are a couple (40 and 35 years and for more than 15 years to SXM)) in search of a new home for July 1. We work in the tourism sector.
We are currently in a too great Dutch side House for rent at $ 2700 per month for 2 years now by Century 21. I have all receipts of payment of rent and never any delay or problems with them.
We are now looking for a smaller House with 2 bedrooms and a garden in a quiet and safe area.
To broaden the search, we have not specifically of preference for the location on the island, from the moment when the House suits us.
We have a budget between 1600 euros and $ 2000 max for this new home.
For the safety of rental, we offer 1 month rent + 3 month deposit.
