E ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE (H/F)
Missions
Under the responsibility of the project manager and the control of the principal place of business, the Manager
administrative, accounting and financial a for missions:
-Implementation procedure of creation of a secondary school
-Registration of General and cost accounting. Implementation of the work of
accounting closing
-Administrative management of the structure (hospitality, management of the secretariat, management management
supplies, Assistant of projects).
-Implementation and monitoring of administrative, accounting and financial procedures in link
with the team of project management
-Treasury management and monitoring of financial commitments
-Social management and payroll; administrative follow-up of sick leave and RTT;
-Control and treatment of the notes of expenses, governed, identified checkbooks and credit cards
-Control and handling of supplier invoices
Profile and skills
Of higher training in management and accounting (LICENCE, MASTER), you have a
minimum of 5 years experience on similar functions of management accounting, administrative and
financial, ideally in a community context and management of humanitarian program or
development. Perfect mastery of the environment Office (word, excel.) and software of
accounting, ideally EBP accounting and payroll.
Fluent English required
Conditions
CDD full-time 12-13 months. Job vacancy August 2018. Position based in Saint Martin. Salary
gross monthly €3 300 (the animation collective agreement).
