We are recruiting an Invoicing Management Assistant (M/F) in Saint-Martin.
Reporting to the HR Finance Coordination, your main mission will be to establish invoicing
and to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
SPOTS
Depending on the processes in force, you will:
- Ensure the physical and telephone reception of the customer
- Ensure invoicing (preparation of invoices, delivery notes)
- Manage the cash register
- Guarantee the circuit followed by a supplier invoice from receipt to
Communication to the accounting department
- Participate in the collection of accounts receivable
- Report activities and anomalies on the internal communication software

PROFILE SOUGHT:

Coming from a BAC +2 (management ideally), your past professional experience will allow you to
have allowed you to develop your rigour, your interpersonal skills and your sense of service.
Methodical, organized and operational, you are proficient in the IT environment (EBP
ideally, Pack Office, social networks).

Working Time: 35 hrs + Overtime
