RECRUITS CLIENT ADVISOR

DAUPHIN TELECOM, operator and Internet service provider present in the West Indies for more than 20 years, is recruiting a Customer Advisor for its Saint-Barthélémy agency.
Location of the Post Office: Saint-Barthélémy
Type of contract: FIXED-TERM CONTRACT 7 Months Maternity Replacement – Full-Time
Position to be filled: April 1, 2022
Experience required: minimum 2 years
Remuneration: Fixed + Commissions
Level of study: Bac +

MISSIONS
• Welcoming Customers
• Customer Advisor
• Ordering and sale of the various Dauphin Telecom products
• Establishment of contracts in accordance with internal administrative procedures
• Collection of invoices
• Recovery
• Follow-up of customer files

REQUIRED QUALITY
• The relationship remains essential, hence listening skills, good presentation and excellent speech.
• Good analytical skills to adapt to customer needs.
• Persevering and dynamic,
• Interest in new technologies (Computer science, Internet, etc.)
• Mastery of the Computer tool, the Office Pack
