In The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay, C303 is a 61 m2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Building 3. It can accommodate up to two people and overlooks the Simpson Bay lagoon.
The apartment is fully furnished and ready for a holiday, for a few nights as well as several weeks. Everything is planned so you can quickly settle down and enjoy the island.
Arrangements and Chambers
A separate room, equipped with a king-size bed, offers a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and hidden curtains.
In the living room you will find a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table at home. The apartment has a bathroom with shower.
External space
The living room opens onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or a quiet moment in the evening.
Kitchen and equipment
In the kitchen you will find plates with hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Kitchenware, cutlery, utensils and glasses, including wine glasses and champagne glasses, are on site.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and dry washing machine make long stays comfortable. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, bathroom amenities, bed linen and bath towels and beach towels.

The Hills Residence being on a hill, renting a car makes everyday life easier. It is also the best way to visit the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Arrival is from 4pm and departure until 11am. C303 is suitable for couples, for up to two people. The Hills Residence team is available on site if you need anything.
If you stay a week or more, you can book an intermediate cleaning and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and dry washing machine facilitate long holidays.
