In The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay, B227 is a 55 m2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of Building 2. It can accommodate up to three people and overlooks the Simpson Bay lagoon.
Furnished and fully equipped, it is suitable for both an extended weekend and a stay of several weeks. Just put down your suitcases and enjoy the island.
Arrangements and Chambers
A separate room, equipped with a king-size bed, offers a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and hidden curtains.
The living room includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for meals. The sofa turns into a bed and allows you to accommodate one more person in the living room. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, as well as separate toilets.
Light and View
The apartment does not have a balcony, but the windows of the living room let in a lot of light and offer views of the lagoon.
Kitchen and equipment
Kitchen on site is simple: the kitchen has hobs, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. On the small appliances side, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, with dishes, cutlery, utensils and wine and champagne glasses.
Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and dry washing machine make long stays comfortable. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, bathroom amenities, bed linen and bath towels and beach towels.
A cot and high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens by electronic lock and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
The Hills Residence

As the residence is on the hillside, a car is advised to move around. It also allows you to discover the rest of the island, like Philipsburg, Marigot or the beaches of the French part.
