Everything is in a single volume bathed in light: a king size bed, a comfortable reading area and a compact kitchenette for breakfast and fresh drinks. The principle is simple: sleep well, live without constraint, and spend your evenings at the tables aligned along the beach rather than at the stoves.
A balcony at the right height
High enough for the breeze and open view, close enough to follow swimmers and boats. It is at the end of the afternoon that it makes sense, when the water passes from turquoise to deep blue and the sky begins to color itself.
What the residence brings
Downstairs, the communal swimming pool extends over the beach itself: between a freshwater swim and a sea swim, there are only a few steps. Those who like to move enjoy a common gym, partly indoor, partly open to the marine air. The lobby team welcomes you on arrival and remains available throughout the stay.

The neighbourhood
In Simpson Bay, everything is done on foot: beachfront restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets and marinas. Take about ten minutes to Princess Juliana Airport; Maho Beach is within walking distance, and the quieter coves of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy are nearby. Philipsburg and Marigot lend themselves well to a one-day getaway.
