Apartment 208 in Dolce Beach Residence, for friends who get up with the sun
Some stays are organized around morning bathing. Apartment 208 is just one-storey from the beach, in Dolce Beach Residence, building feet in the water planted in the sand of Simpson Bay: low enough to have the sea almost at eye level. At dawn, the bay is smooth as a mirror, and the first in the water are often those that lodge just above.
Shared holidays, self-catering rooms
Two couples who travel together need two real rooms: this is the case here, with a king size bed in each. As there are two bathrooms and a guest toilet, no one waits in the hallway, towel by hand. The stay serves as a rallying point, and in the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare a large breakfast or late dinner.
The first hours on the balcony
The balcony looks at the sea, just above the sand. At about six o'clock, the air is fresh and quiet: ideal for the first coffee, as the fishing boats move away and the light passes from grey to gold. In the middle of the morning, this is where we prepare the day's program together.
Downstairs, residence
A few steps lead to the common pool, right on the beach, and a few more to the Caribbean Sea. Morning athletes enjoy a common gym, with an indoor room and an open-air, water-oriented part. At the lobby, the team is welcoming and can be reached all week.
Ask the concierge
A taxi driver at the airport, a car to go around the island, a snorkeling morning or a boat trip to a quiet cove, a reservation for dinner: the concierge organises everything for your group.
Simpson Bay on foot
Within minutes of walking: marinas, beach bars, supermarkets and a wide choice of tables. Take about ten minutes to the airport; Maho Beach is close, and Mullet Bay like Cupecoy deserves an afternoon. Keep a day for Marigot or Philipsburg.

The keys are assigned to you from 4 pm; We ask you to return them before 11:00 last morning. Bed linen, bath linen and Wi-Fi are for us.
