Job Opening: General Manager – HOA Management (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Homeowners Associations (HOAs).
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

**Building & Property Oversight**

* Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, and facilities
* Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and operational standards
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
* Follow up on repairs, maintenance issues, and preventive programs

**Owner & Resident Relations**

* Serve as the main point of contact for owners and residents
* Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and service requests
* Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
* Prepare and send regular newsletters and announcements

** HOA Administration & Governance**

* Assist the Board with meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up
* Implement HOA rules, policies, and decisions
* Manage vendor contracts, proposals, and bids
* Ensure compliance with HOA bylaws and procedures

**Financial & Accounting Support**

* Oversee budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
* Coordinate with the accounting team for monthly statements
* Follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate owner ledgers
* Prepare annual budgets and present to the Board

**Operational Management**

* Manage staff and supervise daily operations
* Develop and improve internal processes and workflow
* Ensure smooth communication between the HOA, vendors, and management
* Handle emergencies and urgent situations with calm and efficiency

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in property management, HOA management, or hotel/operations management
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Comfortable with administrative and financial processes
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
* English required; French or Spanish is a plus
