Site Manager

Leading company in the direct sale of Cosmetics, Perfumes and Wellness in France and Dom-Tom is looking for its future site manager.
Attached to the management in Metropolitan France you will be in charge of the management of the showroom as well as the animation and training of our distribution network.

Your charisma, your organization and your pedagogy will be your best assets!
You have significant experience in field sales management and/or in the animation of a distributor/customer portfolio.

You may also have been in charge of a store.
You know how to convince, recruit, and maintain a network at high levels of performance.

You have the will to perform, to take pleasure in animating and developing a network in a win-win relationship.

Pedagogical in nature, you are comfortable with new computer technologies, business management software, excel and social networks.

We are looking for a motivated profile that is not afraid of schedules and challenges.
