Responsible for filing H/F

THE COMPANY

The asset firm'HR Council, specialised in the recruitment Commission - CSD area West Indies-Guyana search on behalf of a firmly entrenched in the West Indies distribution company, one (e) responsible for filing (e) based in Saint-Martin (FWI).

THE POST

Under the authority of the Director and in connection with a team of 5 people (drivers, Assistant.), your main mission is to manage a warehouse of more than 1500 m2 and 1000 references.

You will therefore need to:

-manage the receipt of goods
-control the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods
-manage storage space: organize the products in the warehouse locations according to their rotation, their size, their nature
-manage the rotation of stocks depending on the shelf life of the products and their condition
-manage the preparation of orders for goods and their shipping
-coordinate and optimize delivery operations all
-manage maintenance of the fleet of delivery and lifting devices
-ensure the cleanliness of the site and its maintenance
-facilitate and help teams according to the imponderables and/or peak activity (preparation of orders, deliveries, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

Graduate Bac + 2 in logistics-storage (type BTS, DUT.), you ideally have a first successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
You like challenges and lead teams to achieve objectives that determine the quality of service and promote the development of the activity.

You have the eye, and are able to be force of constructive and effective proposals to change the existing at all levels (process, tools).

You know exercise rigorous organization and have an excellent relationship and communication skills and teaching promoting the daily management of the activity (planning, training or personnel information, interventions providers.).
