RESEARCH SHIPPING FOR PROFESSIONALIZATION CONTRACT.
The Professional Title Manager of merchant establishment from November 10, 2026 to November 09, 2027 (600 hours in training)
• Objective: To manage business performance, lead a team, manage inventory and ensure the profitability of a point of sale.
• Format: A combination of periods of theoretical training in the centre and practical application in the field in the company.
The recruitment of a job seeker aged 45 and over into a professionalization contract to prepare the professional title of manager of a merchant establishment (level Bac+2, Level 5) offers the employer targeted financial support and advantageous management conditions.
1. Direct financial aid for hiring
• Senior specific aid (45 years and over): The State pays a maximum financial aid of €2,000 for the hiring of a job seeker aged 45 years and over under a professionalisation contract (in CDD or CDI). This aid is paid in two instalments by France Travail (€1,000 at the end of the third month and €1,000 at the end of the sixth month), provided that the contract is still in progress.
• Support for training costs: The costs of training with the organisation (and the remuneration of training hours) are borne in whole or in part by the Skills Operator (OPCO) of the branch of commerce/distribution to which the company belongs.
2. Wage costs and social security contributions
• Compensation of the employee: For an employee aged 26 years and over (which includes 45 years and over), the minimum remuneration for professionalisation contracts is equal to 100% of the SMIC (or 85% of the minimum conventional remuneration if the latter is more favourable).
• Load reductions: The professionalisation contract gives rise to the general reduction of employers' social security contributions (ex Fillon reduction) on low and medium wages, thus reducing the overall cost of general employer's charges.
