Under the authority of the Chief Accountant, you will take charge of all the work related to the keeping and revision of the accounts of certain subsidiaries until the production of literate and justified balances.
❏ Daily control of the minutes of the boxes (control of the returns of the boxes in relation to the turnover collected). Escalation of cash differences to the Chief Accountant. Preparation of cheque and cash remittance slips.
❏ Realization of sales transfers from commercial management to accounting software.
❏ Follow-up of customer accounts: scoring, lettering, analysis and justification of accounts, telephone reminders and emails. Reporting to the Chief Accountant of unresolved payment incidents for the initiation of litigation files
❏ Entry of stock entries of goods
❏ Entry of purchase invoices and credits (local supplier and import invoices, freight forwarder, carrier, insurer). Entry of overheads.
❏ Follow-up of accounts payable and establishment of payments (pre-configured effects according to deadlines, checks or transfers) to third parties. Lettering and justification of accounts.
❏ Seizure of financial transactions (cheque strains, credit card or AMEX statements, bank statements, ordinary transfers, direct debits, loan amortization tables, etc ...)

❏ Administrative management of staff (DPAE, occupational medicine, affiliations/terminations with mutual and pension organizations, monitoring of working time and absences, declaration of AM/AT, etc.) and update of personnel files
❏ Centralization and transmission of payroll items to the HR department. Completion of transfers and transmission of pay slips
❏ Administrative management of continuing education
❏ Assistance to the Group's HR Department in the operational management of HR files in the field


You come from a BAC+2 training in the field of accounting and management and have a minimum of 5 years' experience with ideally a part carried out in an accounting firm.

Comfortable with computer tools, you have good adaptability.

Your versatility allows you to cope with a demanding work environment.

Rigor, discretion, sense of confidentiality, organization and team spirit are also essential to succeed in this position.
