Flatshare for 1 person on Catamaran

I am looking for a person for a house to share on my catamaran of 10.70 long by 6.7m wide.

Quick description:
It is a boat with 2 shower room / toilet, 4 double cabin donation one use by me, a living room with kitchenette, a covered outdoor terrace, electricity in 220v, gas, water, small refrigerator, freezer. There is a kayak, Swimming pool has two steps..
Means of joining the available land (loan of an annex with motor)

What is made available:
-A double AV or AR room/cabin for sleeping in half of the catamaran or I don't sleep
-Storage of belongings in another cabin if necessary
-a bathroom / toilet for your sole use
-a kitchen / living room share
-access to the whole boat
-a new annex is made available

Context of colocation:
- People who are looking for accommodation to work on the island.
- Holidaymaker go your way.
- Companies go your way or tell your employer to reach me by reading this ad
- No Charter (already done, funny but too boring)
- I do not respond to the contact "on the part of thingee" (no favoritism)
- a minimum stay of one month, year-round possible.
- Price 1200euro or IF REAL help with maintenance 1000euro (helping hand to scratch the shell etc ...)

Man 32 years, in the West Indies for more than 4 years curious, serious but not too much, I have an "air of carefree" not to take seriously, smoker outside, I am quite suspicious and stay to book when I do not know the person and works not badly at filling. You have to tame the character.
I don't eat people.
