Research T1/T2 annual SBH Teacher CDI

Hello.

I'm a teacher and I move to Saint-Barthélemy where my daughter will be a college student at the next school year.
We are looking for a year-round rental *from September 1, 2026*.

*Our profile: *
- Teacher CDI, non-smoker, quiet
- 1 high school kid, serious
- No animal. Respect for places and neighbourhood.

*Search:*
T1 or T2, preferably furnished.
Budget : 1500-2000€/month CC.
Neighborhoods: Gustavia, St Jean, Lorient, Flemish for the proximity college, but I study any proposal.
