1 Year Rental escrow or full pay

Hello we are an American Couple that have been frequenting SBH for almost twenty years. We speak English and Portuguese.
We are seeking one year or longer rental. We will guarantee funds in a bank escrow account or able to prepay full stay.
Very Serious, married couple. We are very quiet, non smoking, no pets & no children.

We have thirty years in management and proprietor in hospitality industry, villa and hotel. You're home will be treated with respect and care. Also, most small repairs can be done by husband as he is also former contractor that built many homes in the U.S.

This is for our personal use, no subletting and no visitors.

Regarding rental pricing we are very flexible and open to all offers!
