Technical and Maintenance Manager

Diversified group of companies is looking for its Technical and Maintenance Manager

The objective is to ensure that all of the companies in the group:
- the proper functioning of all production tools, vehicles, etc.
- Renovation and maintenance of buildings

And more specifically:

- Create a maintenance schedule;
- Resolve breakdowns and malfunctions;
- Supervise the maintenance work carried out by its teams or external service providers;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during interventions;
- Train and prevent employees for the proper use of production tools;
- Carry out routine renovation and development work, painting/plaster finishing work, floor laying, maintenance as well as small electricity, small plumbing, small masonry, small green space work, small road work, etc...

Autonomous, rigorous, organized, you are permanently housed and settled on the island, we are looking for a long-term collaborator.
