In your new role as a sales consultant, you will be responsible for the development of the business, the follow-up of customers and their orders in close collaboration with the management.
Main missions:
• Develop the commercial activity and ensure the follow-up of customers.
• Manage orders (information, registration, delivery tracking and invoicing).
• Ensure the updating of client files and dashboards.
• Participate in promotional actions and professional events.
• Update and disseminate commercial information (products, prices, sales forecasts).
Expected results:
• Increased revenue and customer loyalty.
• Accurate tracking of orders and payments.
• Excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.
Working conditions:
• Position under the responsibility of the sales manager and the manager.
• Autonomy in the management of orders and customer follow-up.
• Computer and documentary tools available.
• Office work with the possibility of travel in Europe and the Caribbean.
Skills required:
• Good knowledge of products and associated technical basics.
• Proficiency in office automation and communication tools.
• Argumentation, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Skills in writing commercial letters and managing databases.
• Business or fluent English is appreciated.
