We are looking for an operator to strengthen the Delifood team.
Time:
Sunday evening to Wednesday evening
From 17:00 to 22:30 / 23:00. Full time possibility and CDI
Post based in Saint-Barthélemy (97133)
Post not housed

Your role in the team
* Track and manage commands in real time
* Coordinate exchanges with restaurants, shops and delivery agents
* Respond to customer requests
* Manage potential delays or delivery incidents
* Work directly with the rest of the team to ensure fluid and responsive service

Profile sought
- English required
- Good knowledge of the island
- Easy with IT
- Reactive, organized and rigorous
- Good relationship and true team spirit
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment
Training in our tools and operations is planned.
