INTENDANCE & RENOVATION – SAINT-BARTHELEMY

An independent professional painter in the metropolis, 35 years old, I envisage an installation in Saint-Barthélemy and look for an opportunity to go beyond my only profession: stewardship, supervision and maintenance of villas or properties, while putting my know-how to use when work is needed.

Strong recommendations, including the renovation of a former Swiss minister's mansion for 5 months, which was regularly absent and entrusted to me with his property during this period. Verifiable references.

For the work, I naturally remain in my area of competence. On the other hand, for all matters relating to stewardship and daily life, I am autonomous, versatile and able to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.

Current Spanish – English terms with ability to quickly reach an operational level – Non-smoker.

This facility must be a thoughtful and prepared project on both sides. My activity in metropolitan France allows me to have several months of advance work; A transition will therefore have to be anticipated in order to make the end of my commitments here coincide with the needs on the spot.

First and foremost, I am looking for lasting collaboration, based on trust, discretion and autonomy, in conditions that preserve a quality of life at least equivalent to the one I enjoy today.
