Professional experienced and self-contained, I offer my services to the private owners in Saint-Barthélemy to take care of their villa throughout the year or during the season.

My great strength is my dual skill: I master the management of high-end property, but I am above all an expert fieldman in all the building's trades. In concrete terms, this means that I solve the vast majority of problems myself, quickly and without having to move (and pay) outside artisans to the slightest problem.

What I take care of for your villa:

- Quick Maintenance & Troubleshooting (All-State Control):
- Electricity & Air Conditioning: Search for faults, air conditioning maintenance, generator and inverter management.
- Plumbing & Networks: Emergency troubleshooting, leaks, compressors, lifting pumps, water treatment.
- Pool & Spa: Water treatment, chemical balance, complete maintenance of the engine room and pumps.
- Building & Maintenance: Treatment of exterior wood, small retouches painting, locksmithing, carpentry and technical DIY.
- Operational Management & Stewardship:
- Complete preparation of the house before your arrival or that of your guests / tenants (Check-in / VIP Check-out).
- Supervision, recruitment and monitoring of domestic staff (room women, gardeners).
- Strict supervision and monitoring of large construction sites if you have work done.
- Cyclonic protection: Full security of the property before occurrence and rapid rehabilitation after passage.

Absolute discretion, great responsiveness and sense of detail.
Languages: French / English.
Licence holder B, stand-alone, responsive and available for emergency response if required.
