FLEET SUPERVISOR

As part of the development of our team and in order to meet growing operational needs, we are recruiting a Fleet Supervisor. This strategic role aims to optimize the management of our fleet while ensuring impeccable service in line with SIXT standards.

Missions and Responsibilities:

1. Operational leadership
Supervise and assist the fleet teams in the preparation of vehicles, shuttles, deliveries, check-ins/check-outs, and the signing of contracts if counter agents are unavailable.

2. Team Management
- Supervision of 4 to 5 vehicle preparers.
Training of new employees in cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Daily briefing every morning to organize the day.
- Refer to Management any situation or incident concerning team members.

3. Operational Management
- Daily planning of vehicle allocation.
- Coordination with the BOX team at the airport for a smooth flow of vehicles.
- Regular monitoring and reporting to the Branch Management (fleet, maintenance, ongoing operations).
- On-call duty outside opening hours, with payment in increased overtime in the event of a breakdown service.

4. Quality monitoring

Quality control of vehicle preparation according to SIXT standards, to enable management to evaluate the performance of the tuners.

5. Organization and Maintenance of the Fleet

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spaces (P1/P2 parks, car wash, garage).
- Management of stocks of equipment and products (monitoring table, replenishment list to be sent to the Management).

We are looking for a candidate with real managerial skills, capable of supervising and motivating a field team.

Practice of English is a plus.

The package is open to discussion depending on the profile: salary, accommodation, company car, etc.
