Within the property administration department, you will assist the Syndic-Gestion portfolio manager, you will assist the manager in the accounting of the co-ownerships, thus guaranteeing rigorous bookkeeping and in accordance with the standards in force.
Your missions:
- Physical and telephone reception of customers in general
- Day-to-day management of the life of the condominium
° Telephone calls, reception, drafting and sending of letters, drafting and sending of invitations, drafting of minutes
° Management of correspondence with co-owners, including requests, complaints and general communications
° Management of documents related to the co-ownership
° Efficient accounting and administrative support for the Syndic-Gestion Manager (Crypto software)
• Collaboration with external service providers for the maintenance of assets
- Filing and Archiving
English is a plus.
Permanent employment, 35 hours
