Accounting assistant

Amc is looking for an accounting assistant for a replacement following maternity leave, available immediately until September 30, 2020.

Key missions:
-Save and enter data on accounting software
-Develop summary documents
-Perform payment tracking operations
-Follow the processing of invoices
-Preparing a monthly report
-Doing a cash tracking
-Make data more reliable for compliance
-Ensure control and detect possible anomalies
-Ensure the archiving of accounting documents according to their nature
-Reporting to management
-Mastering deadlines
-Insuring the secretariat of the structure
-Keep track of employee leave schedules
-Transmit to the social manager the necessary elements to carry out the payslips
-Training as software evolves
