Young and dynamic company, we are distributors-wholesalers of professional products for the hotel and restaurant industry. We represent French and European companies in Saint Barthélémy, always looking for challenge, customer and employee satisfaction!
We are therefore looking for the "rare pearl" who will carry out the projects and development of the company and will be the new face of our Team!
Main tasks:
- Management of delivery notes and customer requests (daily)
- Inventory management (entry, exit, storage, organization, inventories)
- Management of merchandise purchases
- Management of the transport of goods
- Customer reception in store
- Commercial appointments with customers
- Administrative management of customer and supplier files (invoicing, reminders; special requests)
Profile sought:
- Able to coordinate sales, purchases, stock and administration of customer and supplier files
- Good command of computer tools
- Dynamic and autonomous (smiling, good salesman)
- Knows how to work in a team
- Already on the island!
!! A profile stemming from the hotel and restaurant industry within the Economat / Purchasing department will be a big plus!!
