Wanted: 2 br rental West side island Jan/Feb 2027

Older couple looking for a 2 bedroom place with a full kitchen to work remotely from Jan 24 - Feb 27th 2027. Must have great Wifi. Clothes washer. Would like access to a pool and easy walk to a beach. Prefer west side of the island. We are neat and clean and have great reviews/references from Airbnb, Expedia and VBO for many, many years. We've been to St. Maarten several times in the last 5 years. We own a timeshare and are currently trying to get 3 weeks, Jan 2 - Jan 23rd using our "points" but if that doesn't work, we would love to be able to rent Jan 2 - Feb 27th in one place. We will have a car much of the time. Could possibly make a 1 bedroom work if it is a separate bedroom with a door and room for a desk/workspace. $7000 or less is best for entire stay!
