Located in the Rainbow Beach Club in the beautiful area of Cupecoy, this fully equipped and modern apartment is perfect for medium to long term rentals.

Both rooms are spacious with double beds, as well as benefiting from en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need : oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction plates, American fridge and a lot of storage room. Tableware and cutlery is furnished, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum.

The living room has a large and comfy sofa with a 50 inches flat screen TV and merges with the kitchen with an American bar. The room is always bright as the terrace is accessible through a bay-window and offers a view on the deep blue sea.

Since you'll live in the Rainbow Beach Club, you will have access to two massive swimming pools and your own private beach. There is also a Gym right at the entrance of the building that offers discount for people living in the residence.

The Mullet Bay beach is two minutes away from the apartment, next to Maho's Golf course. All the shops and restaurants are located nearby and accessible in less than five minutes on foot.

Localisé dans la résidence du Rainbow Beach Club au sein du coin magnifique de Cupecoy, cet appartement entièrement équipé est idéal pour une location moyenne ou longue durée.

Les deux chambres sont spacieuses avec des lits doubles et bénéficient chacune de leurs propre salle de bain et penderie.

La cuisine ouverte est totalement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin : four, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, plaques à induction, frigo Américain ainsi que de nombreux tiroirs et placards. La vaisselle et les couverts sont fournis, tout comme la machine à laver, l'aspirateur et le séche-linge.

Le salon dispose d'un grand et confortable sofa ainsi que d'une télévision écran plat 50 pouces et d'un bar à l'américaine donnant sur la cuisine. La pièce est toujours éclairée grace à la baie vitrée qui offre une vue sur la mer.

Puisque vous vivrez dans la résidence du Rainbow Beach Club, vous aurez accès à deux grandes piscines ainsi qu'à votre propre plage privée. Il y a aussi une salle de sport directement à l'entrée offrant des réductions aux personnes habitant la résidence.

La plage de Mullet Bay est à deux minutes à pied de l'appartement, à coté du terrain de golf de Maho. Tout les magasins et restaurants sont situés à moins de cinq minutes à pied.
