I am looking for a reliable and well-organized person for a 3 to 6-month field mission, to assist with the operational management of:
• 4 apartments
• 1 building with 6 apartments
Main responsibilities include:
• handling guest arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out)
• carrying out regular apartment check-ups
• coordinating and supervising cleaning staff
• managing household supplies and consumables
• creating and updating simple inventory lists
• reporting any issues or needs promptly
This is a hands-on field role, with repetitive tasks and existing procedures already in place.
Please note:
The role may involve working on weekends, including Sundays, depending on arrivals and departures.
Profile required:
• reliable, punctual, and trustworthy person
• well organized, comfortable working with checklists
• able to work independently on the field
• valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
• experience in cleaning, hospitality, or apartment management is a plus
• ideal as a supplementary income
• independent / self-employed status appreciated
Part-time mission, with regular work throughout the mission period.
