We are recruiting a Billing Management Assistant (M/F) in Saint-Martin.
Reporting to the HR Finance Coordination, your main mission will be to establish invoicing and ensure customer satisfaction.
Depending on the processes in force you:
-Ensure the physical and telephone reception of the customer
-Ensure invoicing (preparation of invoices, delivery notes)
-Manage the cash register
-Guarantee the circuit followed by a supplier invoice from receipt to communication to the accounting department
-Participate in the collection of customer receivables
-Report activities and anomalies on the internal communication software
Coming from a BAC +2 training (ideally management), your past professional experiences have allowed you to develop your rigor, your interpersonal skills and your sense of service. Methodical, organized and operational, you master the IT environment (EBP ideally, Office Pack, social networks).
Working time: 35 hours + Overtime
