Rich of an experience of more than 10 years in the real estate transaction in metropolitan France as well as more than 7 years in the seasonal rental on the island of SXM. Today we have decided to open our real estate agency to provide tailor-made and human support to our customers.

YOUR MISSION

You join the transaction team and participate in the life of the agency.
Your daily life is exciting, punctuated by various and varied tasks. In the field, you discover and closely follow the projects of the owners and future owners.

Prospecting and identification of goods for sale
Get estimate appointments
Advise and support selling customers in the estimation of their property until the finalization of the sale
Be the first order referent for the buyer by accompanying him in each step of the acquisition of his property
Negotiation and relay between the buyer and the seller and follow-up of the notarial part
