Travel agency Manager

You fly the activity of our travel agency and more particularly:
-Will frame, lead and motivate a team of 4 officers of booking/customer service representatives so that their relationship with the clients, their listening skills and their proposals are quality
-Will ensure the follow-up administrative and accounting, relationships with providers
-Bind the corporate and individual customer portfolio and implement an ambitious plan of development activities in and out going.

Enterprising and rigorous, you have a business sense very developed, along with a relational sense and listening. You are comfortable with digital marketing tools, and perfectly master Amadeus.
Tourist and/or business, you have a successful experience for our challenge.
The vacancy is from September/October, agency to Saint Barthélemy, English is imperative, additional languages will be appreciated.
