The Christopher hotel is looking for a half chef of pastry party H/F

His profession:

Within the Brigade the demi chef of the pastry party is under the responsibility of the pastry chef, the second junior, and the sous-chef. He must be able to replace the head of party in his absence and is able to run a pastry clerk. He must have very good knowledge of the products and bases of the kitchen.

Its activities under the responsibility of our Executive Chef are:

-Set up of the service.
-Realization of desserts.
-Check the proportions, temperature and cooking time of the pastries.
-Realization of desserts.
-Daily inventory.
-Management of the stocks, of the fridges of its part and informs its hierarchy for the orders.
-Apply and enforce the rules of hygiene and food safety.
-Ensure the different services according to the diversity of rhythms.
-Apply a manufacturing process using general instructions and more specific tools (datasheets).
