We are looking for a dynamic and versatile assistant to assist our CEO in all the day-to-day administrative tasks and international development of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce platform management and customer support, as well as SEO and community management skills to support our digital strategy.
Main missions:
- Assist the CEO in the administrative tasks and day-to-day management of the company.
- Participate in the development and expansion of the brand internationally.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform (sales management, customer service, order tracking).
- Provide SEO support to improve online visibility and optimize SEO.
- Take charge of community management (management of social networks, interaction with the community, development of the content strategy).
- Liaise with international partners and manage business correspondence.
- Perform various tasks related to administrative support (preparation of documents, organization of meetings, management of emails).
Profile sought:
- Proven experience in administrative support and international business development.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and community management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Perfect command of English and French (oral and written).
- Rigour, discretion, ability to work independently and proactively.
- Competence in e-commerce platform management (Shopify) and customer relations.
Experience in the luxury fashion industry is a plus.
