Permanent opportunity based at the Galeries du Commerce in St-Jean, Ile de Saint-Barthélemy.
Main missions:
Reporting directly to the ADV Manager, the Administrative and Commercial Assistant plays a major role within the sales team. He is responsible for customer satisfaction and the proper functioning of the department in which he works. It carries out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):
Answer incoming calls on the switchboard as well as on the chat of our website,
Manage customer relations,
Participate in the integration of products according to arrivals,
Be the administrative relay of the after-sales service, warn customers, reassure, accompany,
Manage service files and relationships with suppliers,
Work closely with the sales and logistics teams,
Manage and process customer orders / reservations and professional quotes,
Be the guarantor of customer satisfaction as well as the proper functioning of the company's sales department.
Your profile:
You already live on the island and you register in time on Saint Barthélemy,
You are rigorous, you are responsive with a keen sense of service and commerce,
Very good command of written and oral expression
Used to teamwork, you show seriousness and reliability, you have excellent interpersonal skills,
You easily adapt to a new field and new IT tools
Higher education type Bac + 2 in commercial assistantship or equivalent, you justify a significant experience of at least 1 year on similar functions,
You master common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
Fluency in written/oral English preferred,
Available and ambitious, you will be committed to building customer loyalty and maintaining a real relationship based on honesty and respect for the company's commitments.
