Boutique in Maho (ex Hip Up)

This Lease Proposal document outlines the proposal terms for lease of the premises described above by Maho Real Estate.

1. Term of Lease:
The term of lease is minimum three (3) years.

2. Renewal option:
The contract can be renew for another three (3) years

3. Proposed usage:
The store can be used as boutique, wear or shoes shop.

4. Rent:
The monthly rent is $ 2, 500. 00 + Administration Fees (6%) + water and electricity for the first year and $ 3, 000. 00 + Administration Fees (6%) + water and electricity for the second year. The rental collection will be increased every year by 5%. The rental must be paid in advance on the first of each month.

Advance payment of 6 month gives you discount of 10% + cancellation of administration fees
Advance payment of 1 year gives you discount of 20% + cancellation of administration fees

5. Security Deposit:
The security deposit is three (3) months of average monthly payment for three (3) years

6. Lease Agreement:
A formal, written lease agreement would be executed between the Parties that would become the final agreement between them.
