Requirements:

• Candidate must be self-motivated, aggressive, and entrepreneurial by nature
• Proven work experience as a real estate agent
• Ability to work independently and proactively, perform and deliver results, with limited supervision and management involvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability
• Candidate must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service


Must have a very good knowledge in English even if Native language isn't English.


Responsibilities:

The position requires an agent with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently while contributing to the success of every project. Additionally, the agent is required to:

• Meet project goals, objectives and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Be proactive with a strong focus on success
• Prepare, draft and edit Real Estate contracts and related addenda
• Interact with a friendly yet professional attitude with staff members, visitors, customers and vendors

Qualifications:

• Must be professional, polite, well-spoken and courteous; must demonstrate a calm demeanor in all situations
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have effective problem solving skills, be proactive and solution-orientated
• Must have excellent organizational skills

Education:

High school diploma required, college degree or coursework preferred
