**Company IDEAL GROUP is looking for an Executive Assistant/Accountant to join our dynamic teams in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin**
**Job description :**
- Assist management in the day-to-day administrative management
- Manage accounting tasks, including entering invoices, tracking payments, and more.
- Organize meetings and manage correspondence
- Ensure internal and external communication
**Requirements:**
- Degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced accounting and administrative management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting (ACD type) and office automation software, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
