Handyman/Deckhand

Fully declared “on-shore” position with French contract and social benefits.
Salary according to experience up to 3k euro gross per month for 35 hours /week.

We are a Gustavia based business with an office in La Pointe, looking after up to 10 properties in St Barts for private use as well as for rental. Moreover we manage a 76 footer classic sailing yacht moored in Gustavia during the season.

We are looking for someone that has sailor experience but also has experience as a handy man, that is not afraid of getting his hands dirty, flexible and a team player. The team fluctuates between 4 people in the summer and more than 10 in the winter peak months.

Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing) an absolute must as well as computer skills (Microsoft office and blackberry).

We offer a 6 (six) month CDD contract with the possibility of longer term extension if the performance is according to targets.
